The avionics equipment manufactured by BECKER AVIONICS, INC. (USA) has been designed and built to provide you with the maximum service. This equipment is warranted as shown following. To validate the warranty, in the event that service is required during the warranty period, simply present the relevant invoice at any authorized dealer. 

Becker Avionics, Inc. warrants all new avionics equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years after delivery of the original purchaser or first user.

Becker Avionics obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at it’s option, any part or parts which, within the warranty period as above set forth, shall be returned Transportation charges prepaid to Becker Avionics, Inc. or to any Becker appointed Distributor or Becker Distributor appointed Dealer.

The repair or replacement of defective parts under this warranty will be made by Becker Avionics, Inc. or the dealer without charge for parts, or labor for removal, installation and/or actual repair. The provisions of this warranty do no apply to any avionics equipment or accessories therefore which has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident, or which shall have been repaired or altered outside the Becker Avionics, Inc. Service organization in any way so as in the judgement of Becker Avionics, Inc. to affect adversely its performance, stability and reliability.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied in fact or by law, and Becker Avionics, Inc. neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other obligations or liability in connection with such avionics products.
